hello, new ubuntu , have few questions downloading something. have resiliently found program called unity/unity3d,the way program download off internet when downloaded on sudo said "the file '/tmp/unity3d.exe' not marked executable. if downloaded or copied form untrusted source, may dangerous run. more details, read executable bit." how this? looked @ web page , no .

that unity game engine?

far know there no linux version , won't run on ubuntu. .exe files windows only.

set files executable, right click on it, choose properties , go permissions tab. check 'allow executing file program' checkbox.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
