hi all,

have installed ubuntu11.10 , new ubuntu.

when try install software using ubuntu software center,
install button not available press, not highlighted.
have attached screenshot of software center

using tatadocomo3g connect internet.

why button not highlighted?
because of permissions or because of net connection?

do have permission install software account ? try following in terminal .
code:
sudo apt-get install eclipse

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
