"unable to connect to the content you requested" error

mac os 10.7.5

firefox 20.0

shockwave flash 11.6.602.180

 

the videos on website use strobe media player directed adobe. have played couple of years on browsers without problems. have not changed on website code. updated firefox , whenever try play video website following error inside black video window: "unable connect content requested" of course videos not play.

 

with chrome , safari videos play without problem. there connection problem between strobe media player hosted adobe , firefox 20.0. know how fix it?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
