Why Can't I Log In to Install the Indesign Trial Version?

i set adobe account, loggied in, , downloaded indesign trial version, however, when tried install it, system kept saying user id (e-mail address) , password did not match, if able sign in before. clicked on trouble signing in link, , entered e-mail address. system said e-mail address invalid. tried use different e-mail address create new account, system said new e-mail address exists. should do?
