Does this great feature already exist?

it save me tons of time if there 3 buttons did this:

1. find last cut backtracking, place "i" there.

2. find next cut forward-tracking, place "o" there.

3. both @ once, instantly.

i mean instead of me reversing/fast-forwarding end of cut, fine-tuning arrow keys, pr me. doesn't have perfect, , wouldn't be. manually verify pressing left or right key once see if next/previous frame different (a cut).

this save vast amounts of time workflow. want given "cut" part of scene, , possible accomplish technically. sure half expect in cs6, don't think so. maybe in cs7?

so easy go previous or next edit point.  on un targetted tracks.

fyi: or down arrow key "i" or "o"

no idea why want add in or out point when there though.

tell more.

btw. really...how hard use  2 shortcuts want...and "vast amounts of time save"... if can 1 shortcut instead of two?  (i guess 1/2 second here , there adds on lifetime!)
