Downloading Indesign app

i have tried download indesign app. goes 99% , begins download process begins on again without completing installation. have indesign cs4 installed on machine. need uninstall version first?

you need provide exact system info. downloads starting on mean system not meet requirements when installer starts work , checks these things after actual download.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
