Glossary interaction will not save or publish

i cannot glossary interaction publish. can upload xml , appears on ppt slide. when publish default template no text.  when go edit interaction set default , changes made template , uploaded xml not there.

 

i using version 8.0.1 build 260.

 

any appreciated.

i think problem xml file trying import.

 

please try add word inside glossary , try publish output.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
