InDesign Cs6 stopped working

i used indesign (and rest of adobe creative suite) without problems. @ 1 point got error message "adobe indesign has stopped working". de-installed , used adobe cleaning tool clean old info. re-installed latest version (cs6), still starts same error message, don't chance open new document! ran antivirus (again), no funny things going on. do??

os? other error message or indications of went wrong? running administrator account? use font manager (name , version)?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
