Problem forwarding "mysite.com" to "www.mysite.com"

i have domain bought through godaddy, , want associate bc site.  in setting domain used "www.mysite.com" default, , "mysite.com" listed "forwards - www.mysite.com".

 

here's problem.  if bring fresh browser no history , enter "mysite.com", name not forward "www.mysite.com".  instead go godaddy default page , not site.  if after try "www.mysite.com" correctly go bc site.  if try "mysite.com", goes correctly bc site, because in browser history earlier trip "www.mysite.com" triggers correct forward address.

 

so, seems have have "www.mysite.com" in history in order "mysite.com" forwarded properly.  "mysite.com" forward correctly in situation.  have problem in both safari , firefox.  have suggestion on how fix this?

what's domain in question? i'll dns records see if you're forwarding right want setup record both www. , non-www domain names both records pointing bc servers.  browser history has nothing proper forwarding-- might have dns info cached in browser shouldn't issue @ all.  also-- takes 2 days dns propogate lately takes 4 hours or me.  let me know domain name , i'll it.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
