PROBLEM SAVING A PROJECT

adobe premier cs6: can't save project hard drive safety. i've tried large projects , small ones didn't work.

 

i start project manager, "collect files , copy project new location" , rendered sequences first, saved project, tried export. seems go through motions, says "copying files" etc., , says "unable copy files due unknown error".

i've tried saving 2 different drives. when in destination folders empty. doing wrong! worry drives developing faults , work lost. need save these projects somewhere safe!!

 

any ideas folks? i'm not expert on computers way.

you can use project manager archiving projects,

or can copy .prproj file

along all of project's associated media files.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
