i trying install adobe photoshop cs6. have serial number, when input sn,  system rejects incorrect. can do?

what's exact error message?

 

are trying install upgrade version of photoshop or new full version?

 

are serial number correct product you're trying install? i.e. perhaps redemption code?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
