Stabilizing a video

many years ago used premiere pro 1.5 successfully. however, doesn't work newer formats, or @ least not .mov have. 1 useful feature steadymove under video effects, worked wonders wobbly hand-held clips. have been given elements 10, can't i'm thrilled it, there similar plug-in work it? thanks.
