hello,

computer keeps crashing on linux. think installed good, everytime surf around , go through files goes straight white screen lines through , freezes out. happens quite often. have unplug power supply on computer because if dont, wont show on screen when restart or shut down , turn on again.

dont know problem is. love ubuntu, cant accomplish problem. if need information happy give can me fix problem. on 2 of computers installed ubuntu on.

which version of ubuntu using?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
