Thread: firefox slow click responce

hi guys,

firefox fires fine, each time right click on blank space of web page, takes 1 ~ 2 second bring menu, not normal. same thing happens when click on other buttons such "help" ,"tools" etc.

system monitor shows cpu pretty idle during 1 ~ 2 sec period.

thing seems related home directory (where .mozilla located) on network drive. , if pull out ethernet cable, lag gone.

guess firefox waited sort of response whenever intsract gui.

guys think?

using firefox 10.0 on 64bits ubuntu 11.10 .

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
