Youtube video upload problem - blank section at bottom of video

hi all

 

i'm trying upload video youtube screen video capture (rocksmith) everytime upload whole video has been vertically shifter approx. 20% leaving black blank area @ bottom.  idea on how sort this?

the answers in details. needed here includes:

 

a. version of premiere elements using , on operating system premiere elements?

 

b. uploading premiere elements generated file youtube @ youtube web site or uploading premiere elements timeline youtube directly within premiere elements project in share section online youtube? if latter, youtube preset selecting? also, if latter, premiere elements project preset , properties of source media (including video , audio compression, frame size, frame rate, file extension, etc).

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
