Anyone else having trouble with flash player over working the processor since the security update?

hi everyone-

 

since last security update (flash player version 11.7.700.169) have been having trouble flash player beating daylights out of processor. os windows xp. happens on sites, not all. example netflix , amazon fine, acorn , huffington post videos send processor overdrive. have ideas or suggestions? in advance :-)

i have xp on machines, , not experience such problems 11.7.700.179.  if were, try 2 things

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
