Define an output folder at the beginning of a batch

i'm working adobe acrobat pro 11 create batch, following steps:

1. takes folder input (chosen user) containing pdfs
2. the pdf runs through ocr process
3. looks pages pdf created in step 2, extracts , save them folder defined me inside step , closes doc step 2 without saving (i need extracted pages); step done through javascript

i want know if possible insert step batch, permits user choose output folder extracted pages. output folder should chosen once (and user shouldn't choose every doc of batch).

edit: it's helpful me know if output folder's choice can't done through batch, without particular technical explanation, thanks
