Elements 11 and Bridge

i have been using photoshop elements 8 , bridge cs4 happily nikon d40x camera.  imported photos folder , opened them bridge in camera raw, rated them stars, , used photoshop elements 8 editing.  camera broke, , purchased new nikon 5200.  after checking see version of camera raw required camera, , confirming compatibilit, saw couldln't camera raw 7.4 (i think) photoshop elements 8. purchased photoshop elements 11) , installed latest version of camera raw.  when open photos in bridge cs4, don't see images. see icons nef extension.  happy update bridge cs4, doesn't seem option without purchasing photoshop, me (an old lady fixed income) prohibitively expensive.  how can see images in bridge cs4, rate them, , edit them using  new photoshop elements 11 , new camera?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
