HELP! when installing Acrobat X Pro, the checkbox says "OS REQUIREMENTS NOT MET.?"

help!  when installing acrobat x pro, checkbox says "os requirements not met. current os: windows vista sp0 64 bit." service pack 2 recommended." 

 

then after install, says fatal error 1603 --and im still stuck adobe acrobat 9.

it means whjat says. need sp2 on windows vista. run windows update , instal lthe service pack.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
