interactive pdf cannot be opened on PC

i created interactive pdf form in indesign cs6. fine opening 'preview' mac, , adobe acrobat pro, when else opens on windows computer adobe reader, says cannot save filled in form. can fill in form , print it, not save given answers on, example, desktop. know how fix it? form sort of questionaire that's used kids on elementary schools.

the person on pc doens't have adobe acrobat, have adobe reader (the free version). if they're using reader earlier adobe reader xi, can't save pdf unless you've "reader enabled" it.

 

if have acrobat pro xi, make copy of file (because you'll disable editing on copy), , choose file > save other > reader enabled pdf > enable more tools. command in similar location in acrobat pro x. it's in earlier versions of acrobat pro think under advanced menu.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
