Never been able to use CS6

i've never been able use photoshop cs 6 because each time started program, told me my  trial version  has expired.. the  problem had 1 year license.. i've continued use photoshop cs5. e-mail telling me subscription cs6 expiring , needs renewed.

 

i don't understand. going adobe support , contacted?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
