open url or file - project moves to next screen?

hello,

 

when user clicks click box open pdf file, pdf file opens correctly but, project automatically moves next screen. when user closes pdf, project has moved example screen 9 screen 10 (the user confused because on different screen departed.)

 

   tried:

     1 - adding click box set "pause until user click"

     2 - "continue playing project" check box deselected.

 

how stay on same project screen while opening url file in new window.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
