orientationChange not firing for iOS 6 w/native video

air has stopped listening orientationchange events during fullscreen native video on ios 6. worked ios 5.

 

ie. iphone app in portrait mode. user clicks on video hosted in stagewebview , makes fullscreen. if user rotates device viewing (common native video playback) , hits "done", video close app not have registered landscape orientation change.

 

anyone else notice this?

 

ps. tested air 3.6 , 3.7

i don't recall coming ios team might jump in here.  in meantime, please open new bug report on over @ bugbase.adobe.com?  when adding bug, please include sample code or application can test out internally.  if you'd keep private, feel free email attachment me directly (ccampbel@adobe.com).
