Surface windows RT , video streams working bad

hello together,

 

i have 2 greater problems on surface windows rt. 

 

1. streams events ufc.tv (only events) stuttering. bad not lookable. checked hardware, changed router. got 25 mbit internet connection. on surface coming 23,6 mbit.

this video stream uses 3000 mbit. on pc working fine. when change video quality automatic, stream performance go down afer 3-4 minutes. if change 3mbit stream works, stuttering bad. if on clock in stream working well. don't know do. talked surface support don't have solvings. german site kabel1.deve same problems ( if want series sons of anarchy). hardware usage 20%. no other apps open in background. interrupted live synchonisation of apps. surface updated on newest revision.

 

2. second problem on german myvideo.de site. when video , ad coming , add never left picture. not able look. itry'd switch between protected , unprotected mode , doesnt work.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
