Thread: 11.10 not booting after upgrade, not even in recovery mode

when try boot get:
"hci_cmd_timer: hci0 command tx timeout" repeatedly on black screen...
recovery mode won't boot also... getting desperate here... it's dell 5110 if of help...

don't have specific advice regarding situation, search of error message reveals lot of similar instances, many related bluetooth.

don't know if removing attached bluetooth device might or if there system setting responsible problem, i'd try disconnecting devices attached (if any) see if fixes things @ least can boot.
