quite while ago, requested more talented , knowledgeable create logos similar "made on mac" caused me great envy. many artists responded. got great ideas nothing quite matched looking for.

wanted "official" ubuntu studio logo latest video project , decided try own hand. i'm bit more familiar gimp , knew help, got needed star wars opening. turned out simple. see results @ click link, see flick.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
