Thread: ffmpeg compatible files issue - winff trouble, too

hi. i'm running lucid lts , have stumbled on problem - ffmpeg , winff behaving strangely. wanted convert 1 of old wma files mpg audacity tells me ffmpeg libraries don't recognize it. plays fine on movie player though. winff won't work @ all. tried uninstalling , reinstalling ffmpeg , winff didn't have effect. there way might fix this?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
