Thread: GRUB- error: no such partition

hey guys, i'm having bit of problem trying boot computer :s had computer dual boot ubuntu , windows 7. deleted ubuntu files computer , uninstalled it. while back. few weeks, worked fine , use computer whenever wanted , turn off , on pleased. today home school , try turn on my. imputed , gives me error grub- error: no such partition
i've spent better part of few hours trying figure out how fix this. fixes see require me have windows boot cd can repair windows files. problem computer doesn't have cd drive. tried bottling ubuntu usb didn't work. set bios boot usb , plug in usb , restart computer. ubuntu page loads fine try click on install ubuntu or try ubuntu without installing, come ubuntu loading screen 5 horizontal dots. after 2 minutes or @ loading screen, screen goes black , lines , lines of code start coming up. codes several processes being killed , timing out. don't know how fix problem can me , guide me through process of getting windows 7 working order? have access laptop running kubuntu @ moment. it's mothers can still use it. appreciated

if don't have cd drive are using netbook? if are, if have windows recovery option should use recover windows.

if not reinstall windows or install boot loader. have better resolution of problem if contact windows7 forum.
