solve problem?

in ubuntu 11.04 lts.
location: bangladesh.
using citycell zoom ultra modem(model-zte ac2726).

ubuntu can detect mobile internet connection shows name of career citycell mobile internet.
have active connection problem can not browse net.

done?

ifconfig  /etc/network/interfaces  /etc/resolv.conf  /etc/nsswitch.conf

are meant using dhcp or static ip address allocation?
