hi all, computer running oneiric seems have problem i'll intermittently logged out black screen white writing (it flashes past see). think may linked line in /var/log/x.org.0.log, here line:
[ 195.615] (ii) xkb: reuse xkmfile /var/lib/xkb/server-89d0835b7d65837bcf1aa41ff54a5c5df983ed35.xkm
does know solution?

it hardware issue too. pc run hot?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
