Thread: Where to edit the Unity search results?

unity search great tool, not effective feel be. new users don't know names of applications searching for, know they're looking in practical sense.

example, searching "system information" way application through search results, "about" doesn't display same search results. relevant files , code edit functionality in ubuntu , programming language need learn this?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
