Advanced actions - invisible steps!

i created series of 4 sets of advanced actions on captivate slide. on 2 sets of advanced actions steps disappeared! strangely, when preview slide, advanced actions missing steps work. however, can't edit steps.

 

what it's supposed like:

i know steps there because action works. hiding?

 

has else run weird problem? think may have making duplicate of set of steps , editing duplicate.

 

(btw, i'm using captivate version 5.5.)

i have seen issues advanced actions, statements disappearing or actions not being able save when there duplicate labels.  learned never use same label twice, not totally different objects , reuse them advanced actions well. there exceptions i'm aware of. wondering if case, think not since tell action functional? weird, never did see happen , play time advanced actions.

 

be careful: announcement of corruption well. hope have safe backup.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
