BC Help ASAP Please

i cannot business catalyst account. when type in user name , password tells me 1 of them incorrect. when ask link reset password, sends when try type in new password, doesn't work.

 

i need bc account asap costing me time , money.

 

i had conversation sombody yeturday , told passing problem on , hear soon. need here i've said, costing me time , money cannot afford lose right now.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
