Development App reading backward on iPad

hello,

i have created folio in indesign cs6, made of 8 different articles (ie 8 different indesign files). have added these articles folio in order wish them appear. (i using viewer version 26)

i went through "create app" process adobe app builder, have found demonstration version downloaded ipad testing reading backward. funnily enough, chapter list on ipad in correct order, pages back-to-front. there have done wrong in building process cause this? ideas appreciated. many thanks.

did select right edge binding when created folio?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
