Download gets stuck at Initializing Installer, Help please!

the download indesign has completed, click set , takes me 'initializing installer' , brings issue this. have downloaded support advisor , telling me 'restart pending' after restarting many times tried second step on troubleshoot page going on regedit, far session manager , theres no inprogress key!? dont know delete?

i'm downloading trial , have windows 7 - 64 bit. please!?

please try following steps :

> enable hidden admin account on windows 7 ( ref :  http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/enable-the-hidden-adminis trator-account-on-windows-vista/ )

> disable non-microsoft startup services. (ref : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/disable-startup-items-servic es-windows.html )

> disable antivirus softwares ca, norton,mc afee etc. temporarily computer.

reboot , try installing , check.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
