Empty text area in Master

hi, i'm wondering if possible place empty text frame in master let me write in when not in master. want use template shows me, example, 3 empty text frames have type text. text different 1 page not location of , spec of text (size, color, etc)    in advance.

yes, don't particularly recommend of time, though 3 frames positioned same may qualify exception list.  use master frames type directly must first manually overridden ont document page, , that's time-consuming drawing new frame snapped guides put on master page. use master frames if need have different paragraph styling assigned default in each frame.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
