Help. illustrator still freeze and shuts down. cs5, cs6

when useing illustrator cs5 , cs6 shuts down or freeze.

 

i tried remove , intall many times , changed computer. still has problem.

 

i can not see error boxes. event viewer clear.

 

os : windows 7 pro 64 bit

memory : 8 gb

vgm : geforce gt 310

what files working on? using third-party plug-ins? using specific fonts? programs don't crash @ random, least of on different systems. there must specific cause.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
