How can I make a catalog request form?

we have catalog mail out our customers.  how can make form in bc can include on site take customers information , put somewhere let me export information once month or mailings? ideas?  thanks.

you sure can!

 

couple options can see...

 

1) have customer fill out subscription form add them automatically mailing list after submitting.

 

2) update purchase form subscribe customers mailing list after purchase. 

 

in either case need select list want custom subscribed within web form.  can export list or set-up newsletter campaign these specific customers.

another option run customer/order report based on filters.  use subscribe option add group of customers existing mailing list.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
