How to take advantage of Special offer to purchase cc complete

i want upgrade cs6 cc complete account details logged in uk , live in european country. when go local country site , ask purchase special offer automatically sends me uk authentication page , when qualified continues english on uk site.

 

the problem not have uk address , therefore page not accept postcode , cannot verify card.

 

how overcome this?

in above mentioned situation best suggested use different adobe id, has same country information, wish purchase upgrade. not problem upgrade cs6 cc complete.
