I am unable to re-install Flash pro CS4 after my PC crashed.

the setup program insist 1 component or more not installed properly. adobe not provide support cs4, for  reinstallation issues , left me stranded paid, unfuctional flash pro cs4 version. bright ideas how install? have tried download , set several times.

after running uninstall program, run cleaner (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) using selective cleanup, restart computer , reinstall cs4.
