Installer failed to initialize ..

hi guys, appreciate issue..

 

so downloaded adobe premiere cs6 @ friends house because couldn't download @ home due internet usage, , backed on usb. when transferred own computer @ home, , tried running installer, got message, "we've encountered following issues: installer failed initialize. due missing file. please download adobe support advisor detect problem."

 

suggested using adobe support advisor , here of results got: cpsid_82829s5: "missing installation file," bootstrapper error has occured.

 

not sure how work program doens't seem in regards of solving problem. great. thanks!

run cleaner:  http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

 

restart computer , try install.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
