organizing with photoshop elements 7 - help!

i have 15,000 photos scattered between c drive, d drive, , external hard drive.  in nemerous attempts organize , them up, have accidentaly made copies of many of them.  3 or 4 copies, in cases.  can use elements 7 filter run these pictures through , have 1 copy, on external hard drive? how do it?  if can't, have suggestions?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
