Photoshop (CS6) do not print - dialog is not available

hello all,

 

the photoshop of cs6 not print. use different networkprinters (canon ir-adv c2220 / 2230). when try start print menue come nothing except error box connection printer not available, , should select other printer. unforunatelly not come dialog form.

after try menues deactivated.

 

the acrobat print without problem.

 

what can doing let photoshop print?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
