Purchased Creative Cloud but only trial download available

hi,

 

i purchased creative cloud subscription 1 year lets me download trial versions marketing data sharing , non-sense.

 

my subscription listed in orders , order number is: ad004112006edde

 

what going wrong here? have not installed cs6 app @ , application manager shows trial downloads well.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
