Question about nav toc in epub exported from ID

i'm trying export id (cs 6) file epub. i'd have different parts of front matter (praise author's previous book, title page, copyright page, etc.) start on separate pages, can editing first paragraph style on each of these pages under export tagging. don't want separate entry each page show in nav toc. want chapter titles appear in nav toc.

the nav toc created creating toc style under layout menu. paragraph styles choose include used. when export, select toc style in export dialog. should include chapter titles here.

 

so if create choose paragraph styles in front matter aren't used in toc style, won't included in nav toc.

 

however, can still use paragraph styles create page breaks. set the paragraph styles menu under edit export tags.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
