render error at application startup

sometimes (~25% of time?) when start air application on galaxy tab 2 running android 4.1.2, screen looks this:

exiting , reentering application causes application render correctly sometimes, , not. initial screen tabbed view, screen background image, single button text , static graphic, don't see reason why should cause difficulties.

 

this building air 3.7 embedded.

 

does have ideas how can stable behavior?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
