RoboHTML.exe exits with exception

i've installed robohelp office v10. seems fine except 1 problem. if try generate printed documentation, robohtml.exe exits exception.

 

i have microsoft office 2010 installed also.

 

any idea should reported , how?

anyone seen similar, , have fix?

first thing try same exercise 1 of supplied sample projects. click open on robohelp starter page , click samples in ribbon on left.

 

you need establish whether project issue or installation issue.
