Still images from Camtasia to Premiere

hi, ive searched problem in forum havent found answer it. maybe because not problem define, or because of bad english, anyways, sorry that.

the thing ive recorded power point presentation camtasia, , encoded re editing premiere, adding intro animation , other little stuff cant in camtasia. original mp4 (h264) video generated camtasia 160mb aprox 1hr video, , looks fine, when produce in premiere, things ugly. ive used same codec (h264-mp4) if want video have same filesize (160mb) have lower min bitrate 0.3, , video has constant blurry images each 1,5 sec, heartbeats. can see example herehttps://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/51216709/prueba.mp4 watch image on top left, see say.

so problem, of course increase min bitrate filesize gets bigger, cant understand why cant same quality same filesize. , know must missing something, videos need produce power points presentations, imagine dont need lots of keyframes because video has still images. im new software , may missing lots of things.

so thank in advance answers.

sorry again english , hope can me.

your english excellent -- no worries!

export camtasia lossless avi file (using lagarith or ut codec), edit in pr, , export h.264 pr.  part of problem encoding screen recording once h.264 in camtasia, encoding h.264 again h.264 in pr.  causes unnecessary loss of quality.  there export settings in pr adding loss of quality.  if post screen shot of pr export settings h.264, may able spot can change better results.  need know dimensions , frame rate of video camtasia sequence settings in pr.

if else fails, can encode visually lossless mov file using photo-jpeg codec , use handbrake encode h.264 using x264 encoder.

all of info assumes using windows computer , not mac.
