Thread: how to reboot hard drive

hello have question in regards forum (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1727298)

ntfs partition reports same advice , guess unsure how "reboot hardriver not windows. reboot hraddrive, disconnect , reconnect (properly)." if in laptop...

explain me means

i guessing should unplug en replug harddrive discription posted. handful operation on laptop drive seated in laptop body , cables long enough unseat drive , still keep laptop in normal position.

not recommend "hot plugging" of hardrive, since never know wether data has been written or not. have had numerous data corruptions on esata drive due enclousure use automaticaly "suspends" drive after period of inactivity, , boot windows esata drive.

luck though
