Thread: Sans-serif versus Arial


most computers able read arial , helvetica fonts. in thunderbird, can set outgoing emails display arial/helvetica (as s single setting). guess macs can read email font similar arial.

happens, however, if ubuntu (linux) user receives email, doesn't have ttf-mscorefonts installed? font email default to?

realised, earlier, installing such fonts, in ubuntu, optional. has made me curious.

good question , think if the mail viewed in email client font set in preferences used. web browser has similar font preferences.
